The 7 ft Mud Scoop Valve Box Cleaner heavy-duty tool is designed for cleaning out 5-1/4" valve boxes, without excavation. Jaw design prevents over-opening and disengagement. Squeeze the lever to open the jaws; release the lever to close. Replacement jaw kits can easily be installed in the field.
