Since June 2008, AP Certified Testing LLC (WBE) has offered backflow device testing in New Jersey and New York. Owner and certified backflow tester, Arlene Picher also provides test kit recertification, repair parts and new backflow devices as needed.
In September 2010, Greg Picher joined the company to head up the utility products and services division which has been servicing the water, sewer, & gas utilities industry as well as contractors across NJ, NY, DE, MD, PA, and VA.
