D-CHLOR:- Dechlorination Tablets
NOTE: The Clean Water Act requires dechlorination of all water containing more than 1ppm of chlorine being discharged to the environment.
D-Chlor dechlorination tablets are ideal for use in applications that do not require a chlorine residual in the discharge, such as hydrant flushing. See links for apparatus used to discharge tablets. D-Chlor dechlorination tablets can be used to neutralize free chlorine. Using a proprietary process, the D-Chlor tablets have been specially formulated to dissolve at a controlled rate allowing a precise amount of sulfite to be added to the water as it flows through the tablet feeder and comes in contact with the tablets. This results in a contact sulfite concentration in the treated water, despite fluctuations in flow rate.
